THE NON DISCLOSURE-DISCLOSURE

One thing you will NOT find in my reports is endless disclaimers and gobbledy gook telling you everything I didn't do. I say what I see, and see what I say. I don't make guesses, dance around the subject,  use defensive language, superlatives, or hyperbole to obfuscate what I mean.  Be Thorough, Observe, Interpret, and Report: that is my job.

I have innumerable hours of continuing education and dedicate myself to staying completely up to date on changes in the Building Codes and Industry Standards. This is done to ensure that you have total knowledge of the condition of the property you are buying.

All of my discoveries are clearly and concisely reported on the standard TREC Inspection Report form in as plain English as I can manage. There are digital pictures.
